Fantasy9 LLC ("Fantasy9", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Fantasy9 mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when users access or use the Service.
Fantasy9 is designed to collect only the limited information necessary to operate a fantasy sports game. We do not request or store personal profile information such as names or email addresses directly from users.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Fantasy9 collects limited information necessary to operate the Service. This information falls into several categories described below.
1.1 Authentication Identifiers
User accounts are created and accessed through third-party authentication providers. Fantasy9 does not provide a native username or password system.
Current and planned authentication providers include:
- Google Sign-In
- Kakao Login
- Apple Sign-In (planned)
- Naver Login (planned)
When a user signs in through one of these services, Fantasy9 receives a unique identifier associated with that user within the authentication provider's system. This identifier allows Fantasy9 to recognize and authenticate the user when they access the Service.
Fantasy9 does not request or store personal profile information such as names, email addresses, or profile photos from authentication providers.
1.2 Fantasy Game Data
Users may create fantasy teams and participate in fantasy leagues within the Service. This may include:
- Fantasy team names
- Player selections
- League participation data
- Game-related interactions within the Service
This information is used solely to operate gameplay features.
1.3 Analytics Information
Fantasy9 uses analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service and to improve gameplay and performance. Analytics may include information such as:
- Page views
- Button clicks
- Time spent within the application
- Gameplay interactions
- Feature usage
Analytics data is generally collected in aggregated or pseudonymous form and is used to understand overall application usage patterns.
Fantasy9 currently uses Google Analytics to collect and process analytics data.
1.4 Log Data
When users access the Service, our servers may automatically record certain technical information. This may include:

- Device or operating system information
- Request timestamps
- Application version information
- Diagnostic and error information

- To operate and maintain the Fantasy9 fantasy sports platform

Fantasy9 does not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Advertising
Fantasy9 displays advertisements within the Service.

Fantasy9 primarily uses contextual advertising, meaning ads may be shown based on the content or context of the application rather than personal user profiles.

Fantasy9 does not create advertising profiles of users.
4. Push Notifications
Fantasy9 may send push notifications to users' devices for purposes such as:

- Service announcements
Push notifications are delivered through device notification services and may require processing of a device notification token in order to deliver the notification.
Users may disable push notifications through their device settings at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
Fantasy9 relies on several third-party services to operate the Service. These providers may process information as necessary to perform their functions.
Third-party services used by Fantasy9 may include:
- Google Sign-In (authentication)
- Kakao Login (authentication)
- Apple Sign-In (authentication, planned)
- Naver Login (authentication, planned)
- Google Analytics (application analytics)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure)
These services operate under their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
6. International Data Transfers
Fantasy9 operates cloud infrastructure in multiple regions.
Information processed by the Service may be stored or processed on servers located in:
- The United States (AWS us-east-1, Virginia)
- The Republic of Korea (AWS ap-northeast-2, Seoul)
By using the Service, users acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions.
7. Data Retention
Fantasy9 retains information only for as long as necessary to operate the Service and support gameplay functionality.
In general:
- Fantasy team and league data may be retained while the user account remains active.
- Server logs may be retained for operational and security purposes.
- Analytics information may be retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form.
When an account is deleted, identifiers associated with that account will be removed. In some cases, fantasy league data may be anonymized if necessary to maintain the integrity of ongoing leagues.
8. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting:
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, Fantasy9 will remove authentication identifiers and disassociate the account from any associated data.
If the account participates in active fantasy leagues or game contexts, related data may be anonymized to preserve league functionality.
9. Security
Fantasy9 implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information processed by the Service.
Security measures may include:
- Encrypted communication using HTTPS
- Secure authentication systems
- Restricted internal access to operational systems
While we strive to protect information, no system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Fantasy9 is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Fantasy9 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated policy will be made available within the application and the effective date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
